Gaux, located in Dornhan in Germany’s Black Forest region, has been supporting bakery enterprises since 2001, helping them stay ahead of the competition while minimizing their investment risks. Among other things, we take care of purchasing and reselling new and preowned bakery machines and equipment for you, in addition to planning, assembling, installing and commissioning complete production lines with seamlessly integrated processes.
